6th Annual XC Ski and Snowshoe Outing

10:30 - 1:30 - February 20, 2016

We’re counting on the winter weather to stick around! Location to be confirmed and will be dependent upon conditions (we have rotated between Sleepy Hollow, Bolton Valley, Trapps, or Mt Mansfield Touring Center).

RSVP by emailing Elisabeth Bassett (

We welcome any opportunity to get together - be it formal or informal, physical or mental, volunteering or observing.  If you’re an alum who is willing to host an event in your part of Vermont, please contact Annie Crawford ( so that we may promote your event.  Informal, impromptu gatherings are often posted on our Facebook page.  If you’re not currently a member of our Facebook Group, send a request to join the group.

Don't forget about the upcoming 5 College Book Exchange:

  • Volunteers needed -- The sale is always seeking volunteers for sorting, shuttling books, and day-of assistants for re-shelving, sales, and more.

  • Books -- Do you have any books you wish to part with? Consider donating them to the sale!  We'll provide more information about where and when the books can be delivered in our next newsletter.

Warm regards,

Annie Crawford '00

There is a growing recognition that women's empowerment and leadership are crucial to their own advancement, and to worldwide societal change. Wellesley and its alumnae have supported and championed women's intellectual and social development and autonomy for over 100 years.
